End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Broken regarding your use of the Broken mobile application.

2. License

Broken grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you post or share through the application. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our community guidelines or this agreement.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
• Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Broken or its affiliates, partners, suppliers or the licensors of the Application.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Broken. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Broken if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.
