Data Deletion Instructions

At Broken, we respect your privacy and your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so through the application or by contacting our support team.
Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
You can delete your account directly within the Broken app:
- Open the Broken app on your device.
- Go to your Profile tab.
- Tap on the Settings icon (gear icon).
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your choice. This action is irreversible.
Method 2: Request Deletion via Support
If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion manually, please follow these steps:
- Go to our Support Page.
- Fill out the contact form with your name and the email address associated with your account.
- In the message field, please type: "Request to delete my account and data."
- Submit the form.
Our team will process your request within 30 days and confirm the deletion via email.
What happens when I delete my account?
- All your personal information, including your profile, journal entries, and progress, will be permanently removed from our servers.
- Your username will become available for others to use.
- This action cannot be undone.
